HOT YOGA in Borehamwood, Allum Hall. Tuesday evenings, 8-9pm, £8 per class. Please PM us to book your place.
The classes are run by Jonathan Goldman, RYS200 registered yoga instructor, member of Yoga Alliance.
Hot yoga is a form of yoga practiced in a heated room, 30+ degrees centigrade. The heat enables one to go much deeper into the poses allowing for greater muscle activity, more calorie burn and an intensive detox.
This extra intensity leaves you with a sublime sense of satisfaction and achievement.
The class covers 26 poses over the course of 60 minutes, which includes a gentle savasana (relaxation phase) at the end.
Although the class provides an incredible workout it is also suitable for complete beginners.
This class takes place at Allum Hall, Allum Lane, Borehamwood, WD6 3PJ, between 8-9pm.
Please bring a bottle of water, a yoga mat and a foam block or folded towel.
